Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. Cancellations of Custom Orders
Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specifically crafted upon your order. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please reach out to us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.


Refunds and Returns

30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Initiation
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@copperstatelift.shop. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 8-21 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please be aware that transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, typically ranging from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution. Please report damage within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fees
Items returned after they have shipped are subject to restocking fees, typically around 20%, but varying by product.

  • You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Report any damage and provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You are liable for return shipping costs and any new product shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • Returned products must be unopened and unused. Restocking fees may apply.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be fully refunded.
  • Shipping date estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
  • You agree not to cancel orders or file chargebacks due to delays or incorrect estimated times caused by factors outside our control.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days. We will offer options for replacement parts, a discount, or a refund/replacement. We are unable to coordinate repairs for damaged items.

Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Refer to individual product pages for details. Damage occurring upon arrival must be reported within 30 days to qualify for a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning one item may result in a replacement or store credit for its individual value. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility if the order has already shipped.

Chargebacks
We strive to resolve issues promptly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks will result in criminal liability for theft. We encourage you to contact us to resolve issues instead of filing chargebacks.
