Freight Shipping

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee precise delivery times.
Changing Address
If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate this change. However, please anticipate potential delays and additional charges. The customer is liable for any extra costs associated with address adjustments.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you decide to cancel an order due to a shipment not meeting the estimated timeframe, you are responsible for associated shipping charges, fees, and any other costs related to the order. Chargebacks due to shipping delays will result in criminal liability for theft.
How to Prepare for Delivery
Upon arrival, inspect the packaging. If damage is observed, note it when signing for delivery. Report damage with photos of the damage, box, SKU, and description to support@copperstatelift.shop within 24 hours of arrival. Failure to report damage within this period will result in denial of returns.
Damaged Items
Inspect delivered products for damage or defects and notify us via email within 5 business days. If reported on time, options such as replacement parts, discounts, or a refund/replacement will be provided. Claims reported after 5 business days will not be accepted.
Missing Items
Report missing items within 5 business days by contacting us at support@copperstatelift.shop. Mark the delivery receipt as “missing” and notify the driver of the shortage before signing. Claims for missing items reported after 5 business days will be rejected.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipment is marked as “delivered,” you must file a claim with the carrier.
